The mission of the Central Hollywood Neighborhood Council is to foster a spirit of collaboration between residences, businesses, for profit, non profit and all vested entities to enhance the quality of life for all through local control.

Certification as a Neighborhood Council
CHNC was certified by the Los Angeles Board of Neighborhood Commissioners on April 9, 2002. We are the first certified neighborhood council in Hollywood.
