   Goal – eradication of prostitution, gangs and drug dealing
   Creation of a safe community for the youth

   Bulky item elimination on sidewalks
   De Longpre Park Enhancement to make it an intergenerational community center
   Community garden creation at Mansfield and Fountain

   Everyone who lives, works or owns real property within the CHNC boundaries
